Provided are a preparation method for CLDN18.2 specific chimeric antigen receptor T-cells with human PD-1 gene knockout, and a plasmid and kit for obtaining the CLDN18.2 specific chimeric antigen receptor T-cells with human PD-1 gene knockout, and the use of the CLDN18.2 specific chimeric antigen receptor T-cells with human PD-1 gene knockout obtained by the preparation method in the manufacture of a product for treating tumours.
