Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a current collection sliding material, comprising the steps as follows: step I, a melting process of high quality copper in an electric furnace, melting high quality copper, and degassing, to form a copper melt; step II, a process of melting high quality iron in the electric furnace, melting the high quality iron, and degassing, to form a iron melt; step III, a process of mixing the copper melt and the iron melt, mixing the copper melt and the iron melt to form a mixed melt, wherein iron is 20-40 parts and copper is 60-80 parts in parts by weight; and step IV, a cooling process, injecting the mixed melt into a mould to form ingots. A pantograph manufactured from the current collection sliding material has a high wear-resisting property and good electrical conductivity.
