The present invention relates to the field of preparation of Moringa seed oil. Disclosed are a preparation method and device for Moringa seed oil. The preparation device for Moringa seed oil comprises: a preparation tank, inside which a stirring sleeve is mounted, two stirring rods being symmetrically and fixedly connected to an outer circumferential surface of the stirring sleeve; and a sealing cover, wherein a driving mechanism is mounted between the sealing cover and the stirring sleeve; the top of the sealing cover is provided with a feed inlet; a fixed box is fixedly mounted at the top of the sealing cover; a moving mechanism is mounted to the fixed box; and four moving blocks are fixedly connected to an outer circumferential surface of the sealing cover, and are respectively movably sleeved on outer surfaces of four guide rods. According to the preparation method and device for Moringa seed oil, the sealing cover is slid upwards such that it is possible to clearly observe upper and lower layers of a mixed liquid, the upper layer of liquid is drawn out, and then the lower layer of liquid is discharged through a discharge port. The operation is simple, the preparation time is greatly reduced, and material waste is reduced.
