Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for distillers grain-based lyocell fiber pulp. The method comprises: sequentially drying, pulverizing, and sieving a distillers grain raw material to obtain distillers grain powder; and treating the distillers grain powder by using dilute sulfuric acid, caustic soda/sodium sulfite and p-toluenesulfonic acid aqueous solution in sequence to obtain distillers grain-based lyocell fiber pulp. In the present invention, because distillers grains are treated by means of a treatment process of using dilute sulfuric acid, caustic soda/sodium sulfite and p-toluenesulfonic acid, the obtained distillers grain pulp cellulose has a purity of 90% or more, and can be used for preparing lyocell fibers.
