Abstract:

The present invention relates to a preparation method for edoxaban tosylate or a hydrate thereof and, more specifically, is characterized by the reaction reaction of edoxaban with p-toluene sulfonic acid or a hydrate thereof at room temperature, with methylene chloride or a mixture solution of methylene chloride and alcohol being used as a solvent. The preparation method for edoxaban tosylate or a hydrate thereof according to the present invention has advantages in that the process is simple due to a single injection of p-toluene sulfonic acid or a hydrate thereof and edoxaban tosylate or a hydrate thereof can be prepared with high purity.
