Abstract:
Exogenous molecule-loaded cells and a preparation method for exogenous molecule-loaded cells. The preparation method adopts a photoinduced perforating way for preparing, and comprises the following steps: (1) adopting a gold nano-structure to modify a cell culture substrate; (2) culturing cells in the cell culture substrate modified by the gold nano-structure; (3) adopting a laser source with a near-infrared band to irradiate the cell-loaded cell culture substrate; and (4) adding exogenous molecules into the cells. The preparation method can realize simple, direct, rapid and efficient cell delivery of exogenous molecules.
