Provided is a preparation method of an exposed concrete panel. The preparation method of a concrete panel of the present invention comprises: the mold preparation step of fixing and installing a plurality of plates for the formation of lateral sides to the outer edges of a main plate having a certain depth of an engraving portion formed on an upper surface with a fastening portion to provide a mold having a cavity upwardly opened; the concrete panel molding step of supplying concrete into the cavity to place the same, applying vibration to the mold, and curing the placed concrete; the side plate separation step of disassembling the fastening portion, and separating the side plates for the formation of lateral sides in the horizontal direction from the main plate; and the panel separation step of separating the molded concrete panel from the main plate.
