Abstract:
A preparation method for a gold/silver extraction agent, comprising the following steps: (1) selecting a cyanate and a ferrous salt as raw materials, and well mixing the cyanate and the ferrous salt; (2) putting the well mixed raw materials into a high temperature-resistant crucible for roasting; (3) after the roasting ends, pouring a resulting molten composition out of the crucible while the molten composition is still hot, and leaving the molten composition naturally cooled in the air; and (4) after cooling, obtaining a bulk solid composition, and crushing and grinding the bulk solid composition into powder, thereby obtaining a gold/silver extraction agent. In the method, a low-toxicity environment-friendly extraction agent comparable to a sodium cyanide in gold extraction effect can be synthesized by only using a cyanate and a ferrous salt; the synthetic raw materials are simple in composition and low in price, the synthesis process is simple and easy to operate, and the gold/silver extraction agent synthesized has the advantages of being high in gold/silver leaching rate, high in leaching rate, low in toxicity, environment-friendly, low in reagent cost, high in ore adaptability, etc.
