Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for a fire-resistant coated mica tape. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mica blank tape; S2, coating the mica blank tape with a high-temperature-resistant coating material by means of a coating section; and S3, the coated mica blank tape entering a drying channel for curing, and then being rolled, segmented and wound to obtain a fire-resistant coated mica tape, wherein the high-temperature-resistant coating material is an aqueous/oily inorganic or inorganic-organic composite coating which has a resistivity not less than 10 mΩ, and which contains a film-forming material, a reinforcing material and a surfactant. The problems of a mica tape pilling during wrapping and a mica tape being abnormally sticky are solved; moreover, by means of a paper coating tape, the problems of a mica tape product sticking to a wire and a conductor changing color are solved.
