Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a flyknit 3D mold-pressing upper, the preparation method comprising the following steps: raw material selection; upper design; flyknit forming: obtaining a pocket-type knitted semi-finished product by knitting; lining mold-pressing: carrying out flat pressing combination and 3D mold hot press molding on an internal filler to obtain an elastic lining; lining loading: tucking the elastic lining into the knitted semi-finished product to obtain a three-dimensional rough blank of the upper; and secondary forming: putting the three-dimensional rough blank into a hot press for mold pressing to obtain a finished upper, such that the combination of the knitted upper and a three-dimensional forming process can be achieved, various knitted patterns can be customized to carry out personalization according to requirements, the cost is low to achieve a price advantage, and compared with an upper produced using the traditional process, the present invention has the characteristics of being more flexible, more comfortable, more breathable and better in shape and three dimensional appeal, achieving diversity in appearances and patterns, and being cost-saving.
