Abstract:
A preparation method of Gal-HAS magnetic nanoparticles containing adriamycin. The method according to the present invention involves the following process: firstly, cottonseed oil, magnetic nanoparticles, and Gal-HAS are prepared respectively; then mix them according to an appropriate proportion; and then the nanoparticles are produced by sonication in cottonseed oil, heat polymerization and washing with ether etc. The galactosylated nanoparticles which are made through coupling galactosyl onto the surface of drug loading nanoparticles showcase both active and passive tageting, as well as a higher hepatic and enhanced magnetic tageting.
