Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a high-dielectric composite powder sintered foil, comprising the following steps: mixing aluminum powder, a binder, and an additive in an organic solvent, and stirring to obtain a mixed slurry; coating the surface of an aluminum foil with the mixed slurry, and drying and curing to form a film, so as to prepare a sintered foil base material; sintering the sintered foil base material to obtain a powder sintered foil; impregnating the powder sintered foil in a titanium-containing precursor solution, and performing draining and high-temperature sintering treatment to obtain a composite sintered foil; and performing formation treatment on the composite sintered foil. Therefore, on the one hand, in the preparation process, there is no need to perform surface corrosion reaming treatment on the aluminum foil, thereby omitting the use of a large amount of acid liquid. In addition, the dielectric performance of an electrode foil is improved. Furthermore, after hydrophilic modification treatment, a prepared gel precursor solution is more easily attached to the powder sintered foil, thereby improving the titanium dioxide loading capacity, and ensuring good bonding strength between a formed titanium dioxide film and an aluminum foil substrate.
