Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for lithium ion sieve particles used for extracting lithium from salt lake brine, seawater, oil and gas field brine, underground lithium-containing brine or lithium-containing wastewater. Lithium ion particles are prepared by grinding lithium ion sieves, then mixing with a pore forming agent, a filler and a water-based resin emulsion, then performing extrusion molding, executing drying and curing processes by means of heating, and finally acid leaching and water washing. The present invention has the advantages of a simple and environmentally friendly preparation process, low costs, etc., and the prepared lithium ion sieve particles have high hardness, high porosity, high selectivity, high adsorption capacity, a fast adsorption rate and a long cycle life.
