Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a high wear-resistant and easy-to-clean nano-coating layer, comprising the following steps: adding 10-15 parts of lithium silicate, 20-26 parts of sodium silicate, 15-20 parts of potassium silicate, 6-12 parts of a silicon sol, 3-7 parts of an alumina sol, and 2-5 parts of nano-zirconia to 70-80 parts of distilled water in sequence, slowly dropwise adding a mixed solution of 5-9 parts of aluminium phosphate, 7-11 parts of triethanolamine and 2-4 parts of modified siloxane to the solution, and then filtering same to obtain a nano-coating; washing a stainless steel surface with a stainless steel cleaner until same is in a hydrophilic state, rinsing the cleaner off with deionized water, placing same into a drying cabinet, and taking same out after the surface of the substrate is dried; spray coating the nano-coating onto the surface of the stainless steel using a spray gun at a low pressure and a low flow, and then placing the substrate into a drying cabinet at 40ºC-50ºC for baking, and then transferring same into a drying cabinet at 150ºC-170ºC for baking for 1-2 h, and cooling same to room temperature, to obtain the high wear-resistant and easy-to-clean nano-coating layer. The coating layer prepared by the method has good wear resistance and long ageing, and is easy to clean.
