Abstract:
A preparation method for an HTRB polymer composite rubber sole, the preparation method comprising the following steps: S1, grinding a vulcanized and molded rubber block into a rubber powder; S2, weighing, in parts by weight, 50-60 parts of SBS rubber, 11-16 parts of a K-resin, 0.5-2.0 parts of an expanding agent, and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and mixing and reacting same to obtain a mixture A; S3, weighing, in parts by weight, 10-20 parts of the rubber powder obtained in step S1, adding the rubber powder to the mixture A obtained in step S2, and mixing same until uniform to obtain a mixture B; S4, sequentially subjecting the mixture B obtained in step S3 to granulation via a double-screw granulation extruder, dicing, dehydration and air drying, so as to finally obtain HTRB polymer composite rubber particles; and S5, taking the HTRB polymer composite rubber particles obtained in step S4 as a raw material, and subjecting same to injection molding via an injection molding machine to form a sole. In the present invention, a rubber powder is prepared into HTRB polymer composite rubber particles which serve as a raw material of an injection molding machine, then a sole is fabricated by means of injection molding, the molecular characteristics of the injected material are changed by means of the blending of the rubber powder, and the recovery and recycling of same can be achieved.
