Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a preparation method for a hyperbranched solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The preparation method comprises: S1, adding a polyether macromonomer into a reaction kettle, and completely melting same; S2, adding an oxidizing agent into the kettle; S3, 10 minutes after adding the oxidizing agent, starting to dropwise add a small monomer solution and an amine reducing agent having double bonds; and S4, performing heat preservation and ripening after the completion of dropwise addition, adding a neutralizing agent after the completion of ripening, and curing and slicing by means of a condensation slicing machine after the completion of the reaction. The present invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the phenomena of automatic acceleration, reactant molecular weight increase, local implosion, and even gel effect in the middle and later periods of the reaction can be avoided; the process is simple, no organic solvent is used, and the product can be used simply by cooling and crushing after the completion of reaction; and better dispersity and dispersity maintaining capability are achieved.
