Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette preparation, and provides a preparation method for a knife-hitting-preventing polylactic acid fiber filter stick (00). The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a first component raw material, i.e., a polylactic acid with a laevo-isomer content of a first preset value, so as to obtain a core wire component; S2, acquiring a second component, i.e., a polylactic acid with a laevo-isomer content of a second preset value, so as to obtain a skin layer component; S3, mixing the core wire component with the skin layer component at a preset ratio, so as to obtain a polylactic acid fiber tow with a skin-core structure, and shaping same to obtain an original polylactic acid filter stick; and S4, slitting the original polylactic acid filter stick by using an alloy knife (1), so as to obtain the polylactic acid fiber filter stick (00). The preparation method for the polylactic acid fiber filter stick (00) is simple and convenient; by controlling the ratio of the polylactic acid raw materials and the preparation, the uniformity of an inner layer structure is improved, nodes are reduced, and damage to a cutter during a high-speed cutting process is avoided; and the cutter is an alloy cutter (1), such that the polylactic acid fiber filter stick (00) can be stably cut, and the cutting quality of the filter stick is effectively improved.
