Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a large crystal region high-crystallinity carbonaceous fiber, which mainly utilizes a wet spinning means to perform liquid-phase composite assembly on graphene oxide and another polymer material, and a two-dimensional graphene oxide sheet achieves a "template orienting effect" on polymer molecules, causing the polymer molecules to be directionally crystallized on the two-dimensional graphene oxide sheet, thereby preparing a composite precursor with a high degree of orientation and crystallinity. A graphene sheet having undergone high temperature treatment and having a two-dimensional topological structure catalyzes pyrolyzed molecules to orient, using a single layer graphene sheet as a template, and generate a graphene-like carbon layer by a "graphitization-inducing effect", a stacking behavior of a graphene sheet layer is promoted, and a composite carbonaceous fiber having an optimal graphite crystal structure is prepared. The graphene fiber material prepared by the present method has characteristics of being low-cost and having high crystallinity and high performance, and can be applied to the field of light high-strength structural materials. The present invention is a high-crystallinity graphene fiber material possessing a two-dimensional inductive effect and a preparation method therefor.
