Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of slurry pumps, and specifically relates to a preparation method for a lining material of a slurry pump, comprising: preparing a solution containing a polyorganometal siloxane polymer and purifying same, dispersing the solution and methyl vinyl silicone rubber in a toluene solvent for stirring and mixing, adding polysiloxane containing a silicon hydrogen structure while stirring, stirring and reacting for 60 minutes and then adding organotin laurate, continuing to stir and react for 60 minutes, casting in a mold, and curing for 1-3 hours at a temperature of 80-90°C to obtain the lining material. According to the preparation method provided by the present invention, a silicone rubber system is endowed with excellent wear resistance, and the lining material prepared by the method provided by the present invention meets the functional requirements for wear resistance and corrosion resistance, such that the slurry pump can be used for a long time in various severe environments, thus widening the application range of the slurry pump.
