Abstract:
A preparation method of lithium cobalt oxide comprises: using a cobalt salt solution and an alkaline solution as reactants, and reacting the reactants under stirring in a controlled crystallization kettle having a buffering agent therein according to a controlled crystallization method, so as to prepare spherical hydroxyl cobalt oxide; putting the spherical hydroxyl cobalt oxide in a lithium hydroxide solution, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction in a hydrothermal reaction kettle to displace hydrogen in hydroxyl cobalt oxide with lithium in lithium hydroxide, thus generating spherical lithium cobalt oxide.
