Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for a low-temperature impact toughness-resistant wind power steel, comprising the following steps: pretreating: desulfurizing molten iron; smelting: smelting the pretreated molten iron; refining: comprising LF refining and RH refining; continuous casting: performing protective casting in the whole course; and rolling: performing two-stage rolling comprising rough rolling and finish rolling. In the preparation method for the low-temperature impact toughness-resistant wind power steel disclosed in the present invention, provided is a normalizing-rolled low-temperature impact toughness wind power steel plate that is low in costs, excellent in low-temperature impact toughness, and good in comprehensive performance such as product strength, percentage elongation after fracture, and cold bending performance; and various alloy elements are added and controlled, and a normalizing rolling process is directly performed, such that production costs are low, the production period is short, and the normalizing-rolled low-temperature impact toughness wind power steel plate having a thickness of 6-63 mm can be produced, thereby obtaining the low-temperature impact toughness-resistant wind power steel.
