Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a low temperature low pressure vapor deposition-coated textile, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a textile vapor deposition coating device Q1 having a high voltage current arc target evaporation and ionization source as well as a textile coating reaction device Q2, and checking the sealing of the devices; S2, then, connecting a temperature regulation mechanism Q3, an air pressure regulation mechanism Q4, and the textile coating reaction device Q2 by means of a regulation pipeline; and S3, placing a raw material necessary for coating into the textile vapor deposition coating device Q1, the high voltage current arc target evaporation and ionization source breaking down the coating raw material into gaseous ions. In the present invention, a textile vapor deposition coating device gasifies a coating raw material into an ionic state, said material enters into a textile coating reaction device, and coating is performed on a textile under the action of a temperature regulation mechanism and an air pressure regulation mechanism, causing the textile to become sturdier and more durable, and prolonging the use life of the textile.
