Abstract:
Disclosed are a preparation method for a nano antibacterial wallboard, and a nano antibacterial wallboard. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively preparing bonding glue and an antibacterial coating, coating the bonding glue on one side of facing paper, coating the antibacterial coating on the other side of the facing paper, and drying the facing paper; and 2) laying sheet molding plastic into a mold, laying the dried facing paper on the sheet molding plastic in the mold, then performing integral compression molding, and after compression molding, obtaining a wallboard, a base plate of which has the facing paper attached to a surface thereof, wherein the antibacterial coating, the bonding glue and the sheet molding plastic all comprise the following raw material components: an unsaturated polyester resin, a curing agent, a filler and a cross-linking agent; and the antibacterial coating further comprises nano oxide. In the wallboard prepared by using the preparation method for a nano antibacterial wallboard in the present invention, the combination of the facing paper and the base plate is firmer and more reliable, and the wallboard can resist bacteria and corrosion.
