Abstract:
A preparation method of a natural dye color masterbatch, relating to the field of novel materials. The method takes a phase change material, tetradecane, as one solvent for extracting natural dye, takes as a core material the natural dye obtained by extraction, and takes polybutylene succinate as a wall material, in preparing a natural dye microcapsule. Microencapsulation improves thermal stability and compatibility with a vector resin of the natural dye. The obtained natural dye color masterbatch has excellent heat-resistant properties, and a fabric obtained after use of same in fiber spinning has good color fastness to heat.
