Abstract:

A preparation method for an organic functional layer of a light-emitting device. The preparation method comprises: forming an accommodating part in a pixel defining layer on a substrate; forming ink droplets in the accommodating part, wherein the ink droplets comprise a first solvent, a second solvent and a solute, a first saturated vapor pressure of the first solvent is higher than a second saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent, the solubility of the first solvent to the solute is less than the solubility of the second solvent to the solute, and a first affinity of the lower part of the side wall of the accommodating part to the first solvent is greater than a second affinity of the lower part of the side wall of the accommodating part to the second solvent; adjusting the vacuum degree of a vacuum drying device to a first vacuum degree which is lower than the first saturated vapor pressure and higher than the second saturated vapor pressure, so as to completely remove the first solvent; and adjusting the vacuum degree of the vacuum drying device to a second vacuum degree which is lower than the saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent, so as to completely remove the second solvent.
