Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for an organic phosphine grafted hollow metal organic framework material and a use thereof. 2-aminoterephthalic acid is reacted with zirconium tetrachloride to obtain an amino-containing zirconium organic framework material, then a hollow zirconium organic framework material is obtained by means of a metal-acid assisted etching method, and finally, the Kabachnik-Fields reaction is used for grafting organic phosphine DOPO to obtain the organic phosphine grafted hollow metal organic framework material. The synergistic effect among metal, hollow and organic phosphine in the organic phosphine grafted hollow zirconium metal organic framework material prepared by the present invention greatly enhances the flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of a high-polymer material; due to the existence of an organic ligand, the compatibility of a flame retardant and a polymer matrix is improved; and compared with other metal-based flame retardants, the flame-retardant polymer composite material not only has excellent flame retardance, but also has good mechanical properties.
