Abstract:
A preparation method for oriented high-silicon steel, performed according to the following steps: (1) smelting molten steel according to configured components, the components comprising in weight percentages C 0.001 - 0.003%, Si 5.0 - 6.6%, Mn 0.2 - 0.3%, Al 0.05 - 0.12%, V 0.01 - 0.04%, Nb 0.03 - 0.06%, S 0.02 - 0.03%, N 0.009 - 0.020%, O ≤ 0.0020%, and the rest being Fe and unavoidable impurities; (2) performing thin-strip continuous casting to form cast strips; (3) performing hot rolling within an inert atmosphere; (4) cooling till 550 - 600℃, winding, and performing low-temperature hot rolling/warm rolling in a nitrogen gas atmosphere; (5) acid washing to remove oxide scale, and performing multiple cold rollings; (6) re-crystallizing and annealing, coating with MgO, and finally winding; (7) performing purifying and annealing under hydrogen gas circulation; (8) removing oxide scale, coating an insulation layer, flattening, drawing, and annealing, and air cooling and winding.
