Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a para-aramid polymer separator made by electrospinning and used for a lithium ion battery, comprising: dissolving a para-aramid polymer or a para-aramid fiber by adding a co-solvent, and then adding inorganic nanoceramic particles thereto to obtain a liquid mixture; performing mechanical stirring and sonication to disperse the inorganic ceramic particles uniformly, so as to obtain a dispersion; and performing electrospinning using the dispersion to obtain a primary inorganic/organic composite film, and then performing drying, so as to obtain a para-aramid polymer separator made by electrospinning and used for a lithium ion battery. A lithium ion battery separator prepared in the present invention has high porosity and high heat shrinkage resistance, as well as high ionic conductivity and good electrochemical stability, improving safety performance of a battery.
