Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the field of composite material preparation and dye wastewater treatment, and in particular, to a preparation method for a photo-stimulating ternary composite film and an application thereof. The photo-stimulating ternary composite film is rapidly prepared by selecting a carbon fiber film with a large specific surface area and high mechanical strength as a support material and employing a two-round layer-by-layer assembly process, thereby combining high-efficiency adsorption performance and the photo-response advantages inherent in molybdenum disulfide and polyaniline. On this basis, a laminated multi-wing spiral up-flow photocatalytic reactor is further assembled. The reactor has functions of rapid decolorization and purification of dye wastewater. Compared with conventional treatment methods, the method of the present invention can quickly and efficiently decolorize and purify dye wastewater in approximately 10 minutes, improve the kinetic effect 5 to 10-fold, and increase decolorization capacity 5 to 10-fold in the same period of time, and has good photoresponsive performance. The present invention uses a block-shaped carbon fiber film as a support material, allowing easy assembly and replacement of a catalytic material in the laminated multi-wing spiral up-flow photocatalytic reactor, providing broad application prospects.
