Title:
PREPARATION METHOD OF PRESSURE-RESISTANT POROUS MACROMOLECULAR PMMA FILTER MEMBRANE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/143833
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A preparation method of a pressure-resistant porous macromolecular PMMA filter membrane material. The method comprises: mixing ingredients uniformly, and curing and molding to obtain a semi-finished product, and immersing the semi-finished product in a hot water bath for 1-10 hours to obtain a final product. The preparation process is simple, and the resulting pressure-resistant porous macromolecular filter membrane material contains no bubbles, and has a uniform pore size with a micropore size adjusted to within a range of 0.01-15 μm and with a special-purpose pore size within a range of 16-80 μm, a porosity of 20-38%, and a water permeability rate greater than 20%. The present invention has the characteristics of reusability, a lightweight material, high mechanical strength, excellent impact resistance, pressure resistance, low molding shrinkage, superior water permeability, an adjustable pore size, etc., and is applicable in fields of water processing, such as drinking water purification, environmental conservation, and chemical engineering. In addition, the present invention is also a highly preferable filter material for separation or enrichment of materials in fields such as food science, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and defense and military industries.
