Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for prothioconazole, comprising the following steps: A) carrying out a chlorination cyclization reaction of a compound represented by formula I to obtain a compound represented by formula II; B) conducting a Claisen condensation reaction between the compound represented by formula II and a compound represented by formula III to obtain a compound represented by formula IV; C) conducting an epoxidation reaction of the compound represented by formula IV to obtain a compound represented by formula V; D) reacting the compound represented by formula V with hydrazine hydrate to obtain a compound represented by formula VI; E) reacting the compound represented by formula VI with formaldehyde and thiocyanate to obtain a compound represented by formula VII; and F) oxidizing the compound represented by formula VII to obtain prothioconazole represented by formula VIII. The preparation method can have a total yield of 56%; the raw materials thereof are cheap and readily available; the whole process therefor is easy to handle and has high yields; and the preparation method has certain significance for industrial production.
