Abstract:
A preparation method for pseudo-ginseng total saponins by means of extraction and purification, specifically comprising using pseudo-ginseng medicinal materials as raw materials, extracting with ethanol, performing concentration and drying, dissolving powder to prepare a pseudo-ginseng crude extract, filtrating the pseudo-ginseng crude extract and then purifying same by means of reversed-phase liquid preparative chromatography, and finally, using ion exchange chromatography to decolorize and remove impurities. The preparation method achieves efficient purification and preparation of pseudo-ginseng total saponins, and is easy to be industrialized, and the content and yield of the prepared pseudo-ginseng total saponins are high.
