Abstract:
Provided are a reference block for processing layering defect detection of a composite material and a preparation method for a reference block. The preparation method comprises: laying a plurality of composite material prepregs (1) on a mold layer by layer, and laying metal sheets (2) between preset layers of the composite material prepregs (1); curing and molding the plurality of composite prepregs (1), then demolding same to obtain a composite material sample (3) with built-in metal sheets (2), locating the metal sheets (2) by using a nondestructive detection device, machining the composite material sample (3) at positions along the thickness direction of the composite material sample (3) so as to expose the edges of the metal sheets (2), then placing the machined composite material sample (3) into a chemical corrosion solvent, corroding same for a preset time, and detecting and screening a completely corroded composite material sample (3) by using the nondestructive detection device to obtain a reference block.
