Abstract:
A preparation method, a regeneration method and an application for a chelating microfiltration membrane, relating to the field of heavy metal waste water treatment. A flat sheet membrane is prepared from a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane casting solution by using a thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) method, then a carbon chain is lengthened by using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as a grafting monomer after performing membrane defluoridation on PVDF by means of a basic potassium permanganate solution, and finally a nucleophilic substitution reaction is performed by using melamine and the GMA to obtain a chelating microfiltration membrane having large flux and a high capacity for capturing enriched heavy metals; the manufacturing process for the chelating microfiltration membrane is simple, and low cost, while said membrane has good hydrophilicity, and good anti-pollution performance, having excellent performance in capturing heavy metal ions quickly, while having high capacity and the like, and thus high efficiency purification treatment of heavy metal waste water may be achieved; the present invention is suitable for waste water from heavy industry, while also being suitable for comprehensive waste water from an industrial park, biochemical exhaust water, and contaminated surface water and underground water and the like, having a wide range of applications.
