Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for removing triuret causing turbidity in urea water and to urea water prepared thereby and, more specifically, to a preparation method wherein urea is introduced to de-ionized water of 15-24℃, and the mixture is rapidly stirred using a magnetic mixer, and then filtered through a hollow-fiber type ultrafiltration membrane (pore size of 0.01-0.3 μm), so that the 32.5% automobile urea water in a magnetic mixer tank with a size of 1-20㎥ has a turbidity of 0.02-0.2 NTU and the triuret that causes turbidity in urea water and reduces the efficiency of conversion of SCR to NH3 is removed. In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing urea water by dissolving urea in de-ionized water, wherein the 32.5% automobile urea water is provided by a preparation method comprising the steps of: preparing de-ionized water of 15-24℃; moving the de-ionized water into a magnetic mixer tank; introducing urea to the de-ionized water contained in the magnetic mixer tank; mixing and stirring the de-ionized water and urea by operating a magnetic mixer to induce a vortex effect, thereby preparing urea water; passing the urea water comprising triuret through a hollow-fiber type ultrafiltration filter (U/F) while a low-temperature state of the urea water resulting from a temperature drop by the stirring is maintained, thereby filtering triuret and impurities at 20 L per 1000 L of urea water.
