Abstract:
A preparation method for selinexor and an intermediate thereof. The present method has a short overall synthetic route and mild reaction conditions, no foul gas is generated in the reaction process, the safety is high, and the acceptable range of solvents for each type of reaction is wide, such that a solvent having relatively high safety and simple post-treatment may be selected for reaction, thereby effectively avoiding the problem in conventional routes of a large amount of waste water caused by using a solvent such as N, N-dimethylformamide. In the above reaction, products obtained in the steps have high purity and simple post-treatment, thus, an increase in industrial costs caused by high separation and purification difficulty is effectively avoided, environmental protection and economic benefits are high, and the method is suitable for industrial production.
