Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for an ultra-matte floor, comprising the following steps: step I, manufacturing a semi-finished floor; step II, coating a super-matte coating on the surface of the floor and semi-curing same; step III, irradiating the surface of the semi-cured floor using a UV excimer lamp; and step IV, using nitrogen to isolate the floor for 2-30s. The preparation method for the ultra-matte floor can produce an ultra-matte floor having ultra-matte effects.
