Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for a super-matte plate, the preparation method comprising the steps of semi-curing, ultraviolet excimer lamp irradiation, and full-curing, wherein the step of semi-curing comprises coating a substrate with UV paint, and using an ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength range of 350 nm - 450 nm to irradiate the coated substrate so as to make the UV paint be semi-cured; the step of ultraviolet excimer lamp irradiation comprises placing the semi-cured substrate in an inert gas atmosphere, and using an ultraviolet excimer lamp to irradiate for 2 s - 20 s; and the step of full-curing comprises using the ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength range of 350 nm - 450 nm to irradiate to make the UV paint be fully cured so as to obtain the super-matte plate.
