Abstract:
Provided are a preparation method for a thermal cross-linked polymer separation membrane and an application thereof. In the method, thermal oxygen cross-linking is used to prepare a stable covalently cross-linked polyimide membrane which has the advantages of mild reaction temperature, maintaining the main chain integrity, excellent plasticization resistance, etc. A strategy of dehydrogenation of a methyl substituent on an oxygen-induced benzene ring is established, so as to construct a cross-linked network in a benzyl polyimide system under a mild condition; and a cross-linked membrane has a higher chain stacking density, such that the cross-linked membrane has very excellent plasticization resistance even under a high-pressure CO2 feeding condition, and is expected to be used in the field of molecular separation such as gas separation and organic nanofiltration.
