Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method of a thermoplastic resin and, more particularly, to a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin, the method comprising: A) coagulating emulsion-polymerized latex with acid; B) treating the coagula (slurry) with alkali, followed by dehydration; and C) treating the dehydrated wet powder with acid, followed by dehydration. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin exhibiting reduced gas generation, color improvement, and excellent thermal stability.
