Abstract:
A preparation method for an ultrahigh-sphericity nano yttrium oxide dispersion strengthened titanium alloy powder. The method comprises the following steps: S1, compounding materials at 0.1-1.0 wt% of Y, 5.5-6.8 wt% of Al, 3.5-4.5 wt% of V and the balance being Ti, preparing an alloy block ingot by means of vacuum melting, and forging and rolling same; S2, machining the alloy block ingot into an alloy bar meeting the size requirement of a plasma rotating electrode method; S3, preparing a titanium alloy powder by means of a plasma rotating electrode method; the preparation parameters being as follows: the rotating speed of the alloy bar is 25,000-35,000 r/min, the feeding speed of the alloy bar is 1.0-2.0 mm/s, the power of a plasma gun is 60-140 kw, the temperature of an inert gas in an atomizing chamber is controlled to be 200-400ºC during the powder preparation process, and the oxygen content in the atomizing chamber is ensured to be not more than 100 ppm.
