Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a Ag8SnSxSe6-x thin film. The preparation method comprises: by means of taking oleylamine as a solvent, and taking a silver source, a tin source and a sulfur source as solutes, dissolving the solutes into the solvent; stirring and heating same for reaction, after the heating is finished, centrifuging and cleaning same, and drying same to obtain Ag8SnS6 nanoparticle powder; adding the Ag8SnS6 nanoparticle powder into an n-butylamine:mercaptoacetic acid mixed solution, and then performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain ink; and placing cleaned glass on a spin-coating device, performing spin coating by using the ink, and after the spin coating is finished, drying same and performing selenylation annealing to obtain a Ag8SnSxSe6-x thin film. The Ag8SnSxSe6-x thin film has the advantages of low raw material costs, simple process operation, a short preparation period etc. Further disclosed is the use of a Ag8SnSxSe6-x thin film, the Ag8SnSxSe6-x thin film being used as a counter electrode material of dye-sensitized solar cells.
