The present invention provides a preparation method for and use of an inclusion oily stock solution of retinol and a derivative thereof. Specifically, the inclusion oily stock solution comprises the following components in 100 parts by weight: 0.2-15 parts by weight of the retinol and the derivative thereof, 0.5-10 parts by weight of a liposomal structural analog, 10-50 parts by weight of an emulsifier, and the balance of grease. The inclusion of the retinol and the derivative thereof provided by the present invention has the advantages of high stability, high solubility, low irritation, good anti-aging effect and the like. It can be widely applied to anti-aging skin-care products such as essences, emulsions, creams, and masks.
