Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a preparation method for and the use of a modified polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film. The preparation method for a modified polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing a modified polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and a lubricant, and extruding and calendering the resulting mixture; and (2) then firstly longitudinally stretching the mixture at a high temperature, and then transversely stretching same, and sintering and curing same at a high temperature for 5-15 minutes after stretching is finished, such that the product thereof is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film. A polymer AOI modified monomer is added in the method, such that the prepared modified polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film is softer, and has good tensile properties, a relatively small pore diameter, a relatively high porosity and a uniform pore diameter distribution; in addition, an ammonium salt polymer dispersing agent is used as a preparation raw material, such that the product thereof is green and clean, does not cause environmental pollution and does not participate in human metabolism. Compared with a perfluorinated acid and a salt thereof serving as a general production auxiliary agent in the market at present, the present invention is a very environmentally friendly and healthy technical solution and has good use prospects.
