Abstract:
A preparation method for a waterproof binder, the preparation method comprising: raising the temperature of the following parts by weight of components to 60 °C at a heating rate of 4 °C/min: 10-16 parts of sodium octadecyl sulfonate, 4-8 parts of diisooctyl phthalate, 4-8 parts of pentadiene, 6-12 parts of acrylic acid, 4-8 parts of methyl isobutyl ketone, 10-18 parts of methyl methacrylate, 10-20 parts of n-butyl methacrylate, 8-16 parts of γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and 10-20 parts of vinyl tri-(β-methoxy ethoxy) silane, stirring sufficiently at a stirring rate of 400 revolutions/min, the stirring time being 4-6 hours, and then raising the temperature to 80 °C at a rate of 2 °C/min, and sufficiently stirring for 2-4 hours, the stirring rate being 300 revolutions/min, so as to obtain a primary product. The prepared waterproof binder has a simple structure, a good binding effect, and greatly improved waterproof performance.
