Abstract:
A method for preparing a metal organic framework material and the use thereof in the detection of a small molecule. The preparation method comprises: mixing dimethylformamide, ethanol, deionized water, triethylamine and terephthalic acid, adding the mixture to a closed container, and adding metal chloride to form a mixture; performing ultrasonic treatment with a water bath and then centrifuging and washing same; and dispersing the product in deionized water, and separating an ultra-thin metal organic framework material by means of low-speed centrifugation. The metal ion in the metal organic framework material and the thickness thereof can be accurately adjusted, the defect of a traditional matrix is overcome, and a low-sample volume, high-speed, high-throughput and high-sensitivity detection of the small molecule in serum is realized.
