Abstract:
A preparation process for an anti-cracking high-aluminum-content dispersion-strengthened copper electrode material. The process flow is as follows: preparation of a high-aluminum dispersion copper powder ‑ preparation of an oxygen source ‑ powder mixing ‑cold isostatic pressing machining ‑ internal oxidation-reduction-sintering integrated heat treatment ‑ oxygen-free copper sheathing ‑ hot extrusion ‑drawing ‑ finishing. By subjecting a high-aluminum dispersion copper powder ingot to oxygen-free copper sheathing, the surface layer conditions of a high-aluminum-content dispersion copper bar are improved, and the situation of the cracking of a surface layer during the cold machining and use processes of a high-aluminum dispersion copper due to relatively low machining plasticity is prevented; and the problems of high cost of a high-aluminum dispersion copper electrode material prepared by means of an existing pure-nitrogen atomization powder making process and a high cracking rate of a high-aluminum dispersion copper electrode material prepared by means of an existing pure-water atomization powder making process are solved, the cracking rate of a high-aluminum dispersion copper electrode material during cold machining and use processes is greatly reduced, and the production cost is lowered.
