Abstract:
A preparation process of fabric containing copper ammonia fibers, comprising a raw material selection stage, a fiber weaving stage and a fabric dyeing stage, wherein raw materials selected in the raw material selection stage are copper ammonia fibers and T400 elastic fibers; in the fiber weaving stage, the copper ammonia fibers are used as fabric warps, and the T400 elastic fibers are used as fabric wefts; the fabric dyeing stage sequentially comprises the following steps: ① performing cold stacking pretreatment on the fabric; ② performing flat pre-shrinking and cleaning on the fabric treated in the step ①; ③ dyeing the fabric treated in the step ② by using an overflow dyeing machine; ④ performing semi-finished shaping on the fabric treated in the step ③; and ⑤ performing finished shaping on the fabric treated in the step ④.
