Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation process of a flexible butyronitrile double-sided adhesive tape fire hose. NBR/PVC7030 is used as the main adhesive and is mixed with other ingredients by changing the temperature. The flexible butyronitrile double-sided adhesive tape fire hose is small in density, soft to touch, good in elasticity, high in strength, has a bright surface, excellent weather and ageing resistance, is fire retardant, is capable of meeting fire protection requirements, and is safe and reliable. The flexible butyronitrile double-sided adhesive tape fire hose has a extending and bending strength resisting quality, can withstand tearing and rough force transmission, and will not be damaged under extreme conditions. An inner layer rubber pipe and an outer layer rubber pipe are subjected to high-temperature high-pressure press-fitting with a reinforcing layer twice; tape folding is performed once in the middle; the rubber pipes are subjected to a chemical reaction and physical absorption with the reinforcing layer through a resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica system; compact combination is achieved; and the produced double-sided adhesive tape is high in integrity, good in flexing resistance and long in service life. Further, the water hose is flat, soft, low in weight, easy to unfold and fold, and capable of effectively lowering the labour intensity of users and improving comfort during use, and since the covering layer is provided with corrugations, the fire hose is resistant to corrosion, is insulating, has a good corrosion resistance and a long service life.
