Abstract:
The present invention provides a packaging process for a photovoltaic cell. The process comprises the following steps: (1) laying a back plate, EVA, a cell group, EVA and glass from bottom to top in sequence, then aligning the layers according to the laying sequence, and then laminating components; and (2) installing accessories and attachments for the laminated components, wherein the cell group comprises a plurality of cells that are electrically connected together through conductors, gaps between the cells are provided with cell light absorbing strips for refracting or reflecting light incident upon the gaps to other regions of the cells, and during component lamination, lamination is carried out after the cell light absorbing strips are aligned with the gaps between the cells. By means of the present invention, cells that can lower light blocking loss are assembled into a photovoltaic cell, the light utilization rate of the assembled photovoltaic cell is further improved, and great contribution is made to photovoltaic cell performance improvement.
